Inheritance Records, established in 2009 was created as a vehicle for featuring up and coming Artist who Minister the Gospel in songs and to provide wholesome Christian entertainment in the form of radio and Internet drama. Founded by Lawrence Hill whose experience includes achievements in R&B, Rock, Jazz movies, stage and Gospel Music industries over many years. The independent Label was formed to share with the world Gospel artists that traditional major labels would not give the attention needed for new and upcoming Recording artist. The label will also re-issue and remaster a variety of Gospel artist catalog from generations past whose music was limited to a regional market. 

The first artist  released on the label was Pastor Patrice Muccular of the New Covenant Christian church in Lodi California. Pastor Muccular has a unique vocal style that delivers the gospel in Song. The lyrics are nurtured from Bible scripture and a testament of faith, conviction and victory in the lives of Christians daily walk and relationship with God. Pastor Patrice vocals are not about musical vocal riffs and hooks that never end but of an anointed favor that will touch the soul. The music presents an expression of healing, salvation and deliverance from the pains of life and the courage for new beginnings.
